Here are things you can do to take action.
FORM LETTER OR PETITION
Enter your info to send a form letter through Indivisible (which you can also personalize). If you don't know Indivisible it is a grassroots group trying to find actions that will promote democracy. They have a national newsletter and local newsletters too, full of ideas.

There’s also a petition from Ilhan Omar to demand an end to the arrests of citizens.

CALL
Calling goes farther than emailing. Let your representatives know what you want to see as far as reining in ICE.
Find your house rep here:

Senators here:

For suggested scripts daily, try the Chop Wood, Carry Water newsletter.

DONATE
There is a great community need in Minneapolis right now, since many people have not been able to work out of fear. This site has a huge list of places you could donate to, if you are looking to do that.

BOYCOTT
Finally we can boycott Amazon and other companies for working directly with or running ads for ICE. Cancel Prime and tell them why!

Tech focused list:
There may be some good reasons (as Scott Galloway explains) to focus on boycotting tech companies that are ICE friendly. Cancel some subscriptions for 1 month (or more).
