Piper's Crow is a celtic band that performs music of Ireland, Scotland, Galicia as well as original music in traditional style. We have been called an "all-star Celtic band" by the Minneapolis Star Tribune. Members include Dick Hensold, Laura MacKenzie, Karen Mueller, and myself. The City Pages writes, "Much of Piper's Crow's charm is derived from the sparkling interplay between the musicians, especially the exotic bagpipes and assorted wind instruments deftly wielded by MacKenzie and master piper Dick Hensold, while Zack Kline's fiddle weaves devilishly amongst them and Karen Mueller helps drive the entire business on guitar and bouzouki."

Orange Mighty Trio is a project with Mike Vasich on piano, and Nick Gaudette on bass. Equally conversant in traditional roots music, classical forms and jazz improvisation and we delve into mostly original material, sprinkled with a few fiddle tunes and other favorites. You might say our adventurous cross pollination creates a unique crossover ensemble with a wide range: a contemporary chamber-music-fiddle-band. Performances include the Cedar Cultural Center, Bryant Lake Bowl Theater, The Minnesota Museum of American Art and Macy's 24 Hours of Music and numerous house concerts.

Zack and Jacob. Jacob Lawson and I energetically collaborate, writing and performing our own wacky, cinematic and unique music for two violins. We play Minneapolis and New York and points beyond.
